個人簡介:

20087月畢業(yè)于內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,留校工作;2009年月赴美國猶他州立大學(xué)從事博士后研究;2011-2019年在內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)省部共建草原家畜生殖調(diào)控與繁育國家重點實驗室,擔(dān)任干細胞與重編程課題組組長;2019年調(diào)入華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院。曾先后主持國家重大研發(fā)計劃、國家“863”高科技計劃、國家自然等國家和省部級項目。先后獲得省部級杰出青年基金、青年創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才、“青年科技英才計劃”青年科技骨干等人才類稱號。完成成果鑒定1項,申請發(fā)明專利30項,其中PCT專利2項,授權(quán)專利7項,參與教材和論著的編著3部,發(fā)表研究論文30余篇。擔(dān)任中國整形美容協(xié)會干細胞研究與應(yīng)用分會理事(上海)、中國細胞生物學(xué)會會員。

研究方向與成果:

主要從事基因治療藥物的研發(fā)和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究。以遺傳代謝罕見病、關(guān)節(jié)疾病、老年退行性疾病、癌癥等為研究對象,利用腺病毒和腺相關(guān)病毒作為遞送工具,探討疾病的作用機制,設(shè)計、優(yōu)化藥物載體,進行藥理學(xué)、毒理學(xué)研究,進而推進基因治療藥物的臨床轉(zhuǎn)化。2019年與中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院天津血液病醫(yī)院合作,開展了亞洲首個血友病B基因治療藥物臨床研究。20225月,該研究成果發(fā)表于國際血液學(xué)頂級期刊《The Lancet Haematology》,被評為2022年中國血液學(xué)十大研究進展。該研究中的一位受試者在無外部輸血情況下,完成全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù),該研究在世界上首次證實基因治療后能夠完全恢復(fù)血友病B患者的凝血功能,并發(fā)表于《The New England Journal of Medicine》。2023年,《原創(chuàng)基因治療技術(shù)研發(fā)與新型血友病診療體系的建立和推廣》獲得天津市科技進步一等獎。此外,開發(fā)的四個溶酶體貯積癥基因治療藥物已經(jīng)開展臨床轉(zhuǎn)化,并表現(xiàn)出明顯的安全性和有效性。
