個(gè)人簡介
2009年6月本科畢業(yè)于華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院生物技術(shù)專業(yè),2015年12月博士畢業(yè)于華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院化學(xué)生物技術(shù)與工程專業(yè)。2016年1月開始博士后研究,先后任華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥物科學(xué)系特聘副研究員、研究員、教授。迄今已在Nature Biotechnology (2019, Cover; 2022), Nature Methods、Nature Chemical Biology (2021; 2024)、Nature Communications(2021; 2023)、Nature Protocols、Cell Research、Cell Discovery、Nucleic Acids Research (2016; 2020; 2024)、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Journal of Controlled Release (2023; 2024)、Small等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文多篇,編寫英文著作Curr Protoc Chem Biol 1個(gè)章節(jié)。已申請(qǐng)并授權(quán)多項(xiàng)中國和國際PCT發(fā)明專利。主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題/子課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金原創(chuàng)/面上/青年基金、上海市自然科學(xué)基金等多項(xiàng)國家與省部級(jí)基金項(xiàng)目,擔(dān)任中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)酶學(xué)專業(yè)分委會(huì)委員兼副秘書長、上海市生物物理學(xué)會(huì)理事會(huì)理事、上海市化學(xué)化工學(xué)會(huì)生物技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、九三學(xué)社上海市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生專門委員會(huì)委員,先后入選國家級(jí)高層次青年人才、中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程、上海市青年科技啟明星,獲得2024世界生命科學(xué)大學(xué)“生命科學(xué)新星”、上海市生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)第二屆“青年新銳獎(jiǎng)”、英國皇家化學(xué)會(huì)Faraday Horizon Prize(團(tuán)體)、華東理工大學(xué)青年英才校長獎(jiǎng)、華東理工大學(xué)青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?/span>“東岳藥業(yè)”研究生獎(jiǎng)教金特等獎(jiǎng)。
研究方向
發(fā)展針對(duì)DNA、RNA、蛋白質(zhì)等生物大分子的光遺傳學(xué)監(jiān)測與控制技術(shù),解析它們?cè)诨罴?xì)胞與活體內(nèi)的時(shí)空動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律,為探索生物大分子功能及調(diào)控機(jī)制提供實(shí)用的創(chuàng)新工具,同時(shí)也為活細(xì)胞與活體生物傳感、即時(shí)診斷甚至實(shí)時(shí)診斷技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供新的思路。
