個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷:

20076月畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),獲碩士學(xué)位,從事生物化學(xué)及結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)研究;隨后赴美,20132月畢業(yè)于美國(guó)Scripps研究所,獲博士學(xué)位,從事神經(jīng)肌肉萎縮癥的分子生物學(xué)機(jī)制研究。20147月加入華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院,任副教授。2015年入選上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,主持了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(青年,面上),并參與科技部“973計(jì)劃”(青年項(xiàng)目),國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金國(guó)際(地區(qū))合作與交流項(xiàng)目,NSFC-云南聯(lián)合基金重點(diǎn)支持項(xiàng)目

  

研究方向:

致力于活性小分子特別是天然產(chǎn)物靶點(diǎn)識(shí)別與機(jī)制研究。


利用表觀活性良好的天然產(chǎn)物作為工具,

(1)研究與癌癥等疾病密切相關(guān)的細(xì)胞周期、自噬、代謝、蛋白相分離等生命過程;
(2)闡釋分子機(jī)制,揭示疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制,發(fā)現(xiàn)生物學(xué)事件及其關(guān)聯(lián)的契機(jī);
(3)發(fā)展具有潛在治療意義的小分子調(diào)控劑。
