(一) 核酸藥物的設(shè)計,構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用
利用核酸折紙技術(shù),設(shè)計與構(gòu)建功能化核酸折紙納米材料,實現(xiàn)其在疾病診斷與治療中的應(yīng)用
(二) RNA生物農(nóng)藥(核酸農(nóng)藥)遞送系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,開發(fā)及應(yīng)用
針對RNA生物農(nóng)藥的創(chuàng)制瓶頸,開發(fā)RNA生物農(nóng)藥設(shè)計,篩選及遞送的新底盤技術(shù),實現(xiàn)RNA生物農(nóng)藥的高效遞送與應(yīng)用
(三) 納米農(nóng)藥連續(xù)制備工藝與裝備系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
針對納米農(nóng)藥傳統(tǒng)制備時面臨的粒徑不均一,分散性差,不穩(wěn)定,難以放大生產(chǎn)等問題,利用微納流控技術(shù),開展納米農(nóng)藥連續(xù)制備的配方篩選,工藝開發(fā)以及放大
