研究方向與學生培養(yǎng):

課題組圍繞生物氧化還原相關重大疾病,開展如下研究,具體工作涵蓋藥化、藥劑、藥物化學生物學等方面。

1.    熒光分子探針的設計開發(fā);

2.    手術導航染料的設計開發(fā);

3.    氣體信號分子的控制釋放;

4.    氧化還原穩(wěn)態(tài)的精準調(diào)控;

5.    抗耐藥菌先導的設計開發(fā)。


過三年或五年的培養(yǎng),學生在分子設計(物理有機化學)、分子合成有機化學光譜分析(紫外可見吸收光譜、穩(wěn)態(tài)與瞬態(tài)熒光光譜等)、生物顯微成像共聚焦顯微成像、超分辨成像技術)、化學生物學(活性分子控制釋放、熒光生物標記、藥物先導化合物發(fā)現(xiàn))、藥學(活性分子的活性毒性評價)等方面有較好的培訓。
