個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

本科畢業(yè)于四川大學(xué),于南京大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)為華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,承擔(dān)了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、上海市科委生物醫(yī)藥專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等多項(xiàng)研究計(jì)劃。上海市藥學(xué)會(huì)藥理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,中國(guó)中醫(yī)藥信息學(xué)會(huì)中醫(yī)臨床藥學(xué)分會(huì)常務(wù)理事,擔(dān)任Pharmacological Research、中國(guó)癌癥防治雜志 期刊編委。

上海市一流本科課程《藥物化學(xué)生物學(xué)》負(fù)責(zé)人,獲中國(guó)石油教育學(xué)會(huì)石油高等教育教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、上海市高校優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

主要研究方向:

1) 抗腫瘤藥物靶標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn);

2) 抗腫瘤藥物藥理;

3) 高效藥物篩選平臺(tái)構(gòu)建。

學(xué)生培養(yǎng):

本課題組以分子藥理學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),開(kāi)展高效藥物篩選平臺(tái)構(gòu)建,抗腫瘤藥物作用靶標(biāo)確證及藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)研究,具體工作涵蓋藥理學(xué)、藥物篩選、藥物化學(xué)生物學(xué)等方面的研究,研究對(duì)象從蛋白質(zhì)、基因、細(xì)菌、酵母、動(dòng)物細(xì)胞直到活體動(dòng)物都可能涉及,歡迎追求卓越的同學(xué)加盟本實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

經(jīng)過(guò)三年或五年的培養(yǎng),學(xué)生在分子克隆構(gòu)建、信號(hào)通路分析、蛋白表達(dá)純化、蛋白結(jié)晶及三維結(jié)構(gòu)解析、紫外可見(jiàn)吸收光譜、穩(wěn)態(tài)與瞬態(tài)熒光光譜、共聚焦顯微成像、超分辨成像、熒光生物標(biāo)記等方面有較好的培訓(xùn)。

研究成果發(fā)表在Nature CommunicationsHaematologicaOncogeneJournal of Medicinal Chemistry等領(lǐng)域高影響期刊。課題組培養(yǎng)的多個(gè)研究生曾獲國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、上海市優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生、中國(guó)藥理學(xué)會(huì)青年藥理學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。
