金郁:博士,副教授。遼寧省沈陽(yáng)人。2008年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院大連化學(xué)物理研究所分析化學(xué)專業(yè)。本人主要從事復(fù)雜樣品的分離分析工作。根據(jù)復(fù)雜樣品分離純化中的難點(diǎn)問題,開展新型色譜固定相基本性能和潛在應(yīng)用的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)工作。以中藥系統(tǒng)分離與化學(xué)表征方法學(xué)研究為課題,重點(diǎn)開展了中藥系統(tǒng)分離的研究工作,發(fā)展了互補(bǔ)分離和目標(biāo)制備方法,建立了新型的線性放大技術(shù)和樣品濃縮技術(shù)。建立了中藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化表征方法,解決化學(xué)表征過程中數(shù)據(jù)的可比性和通用性問題。發(fā)展了中藥類化合物的質(zhì)譜目標(biāo)篩選方法。近兩年,本人的研究重點(diǎn)放在復(fù)雜樣品中強(qiáng)極性化合物和微量化合物的分離表征工作,將利用以前的工作基礎(chǔ),發(fā)展親水色譜,選擇性富集和正交分離這三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并且形成以分離對(duì)象為中心的技術(shù)集成,以解決強(qiáng)極性化合物和微量化合物分離純化的難題。本人已承擔(dān)和參加了多個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目的研究工作,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金“寡糖的高效分離純化研究”,“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項(xiàng)“十一五”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“絡(luò)病理論指導(dǎo)藥物開發(fā)集成創(chuàng)新技術(shù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)” (2009ZX09313-003)。目前已在國(guó)外期刊上發(fā)表論文29篇,作為第一作者或者通訊作者14篇,影響因子大于3.0的15篇;國(guó)內(nèi)期刊上發(fā)表論文10篇;發(fā)表國(guó)際會(huì)議論文3篇;參加著作編寫2項(xiàng);申請(qǐng)專利3項(xiàng)。
