研究方向:

? 農(nóng)藥的生物評價及生理毒理研究:

1.  針對綠色化學(xué)農(nóng)藥的創(chuàng)制需求,建立多種靶標昆蟲的活體和離體篩選模型,進行生物活性評價、藥效分析和作用機制研究;

2.  借助細胞技術(shù),利用昆蟲細胞系和急性解離昆蟲神經(jīng)細胞,對新殺蟲化合物和重要殺蟲劑品種進行細胞毒理學(xué)研究;

? 殺蟲劑毒理學(xué)和害蟲抗藥性研究:

構(gòu)建煙粉虱(CYP6CM1)和果蠅(CYP6G1)的細胞色素P450s體外表達系統(tǒng),用于新型殺蟲化合物和重要殺蟲劑品種的代謝機理和交互抗性研究;

RNAi技術(shù)在害蟲治理中的應(yīng)用

納米滾環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)錄技術(shù)(RCT)在跳甲和鱗翅目害蟲RNAi中的應(yīng)用研究;

 

科研經(jīng)歷:

目前在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)期刊參與發(fā)表22SCI學(xué)術(shù)論文,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文10篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金1項 (31501674),完成中央高校基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費專項基金和上海市優(yōu)秀青年教師基金各1項;先后參與農(nóng)藥領(lǐng)域國家重點研發(fā)計劃、973計劃、十二五國家科技支撐計劃以及上海市科技支撐重點項目。參與申請發(fā)明中國專利8項,PCT專利3項,中國專利授權(quán)3項,美國授權(quán)專利1項,加拿大授權(quán)專利1項。
