個人簡介

60年代生于廣西桂北山區(qū)融安縣,幼時擅長捕魚抓鳥,放牧經(jīng)驗豐富。1993年獲中國科學(xué)院蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所碩士學(xué)位;2000年至2006中國科學(xué)院大連化學(xué)物理研究所,從事有機合成方法學(xué)、綠色氧化及環(huán)境污染物的氧化降解方面的研究。2007年1月受聘于華東理工大學(xué)藥學(xué)院,從事有機、藥物合成方法學(xué)以及環(huán)境污染物降解方向的研究。2011年被廣西壯族自治區(qū)黨委人才工作小組聘任為廣西首批特聘專家。目前以第一作者或通訊作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Chem. Sci ; Chem. Eur. J.;Chem. Comm.;Org lett, 以及 J. Org. Chem.;Environ. Sci. Technol;Adv. Synth. & Catal.等雜志發(fā)表論文數(shù)十篇,應(yīng)邀在Chem. Soc. Rev.撰寫評論文章1篇。應(yīng)邀參與全國本科醫(yī)藥規(guī)范教材《藥物合成反應(yīng)》以及全國高等醫(yī)藥十二五規(guī)范教材《藥物合成反應(yīng)》的編寫。獲專利20項。迄今,文章被他人引用2000余次,單篇最高被SCI引用300次,其中J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; J. Org. Chem.三篇文章曾被Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.在Highlights專欄重點評述。作為項目負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)國家863課題及國家自然科學(xué)基金項目3項,參與中國科學(xué)院知識創(chuàng)新工程重要方向項目一項。
研究方向

1.有機合成方法學(xué):新型有機合成反應(yīng)的設(shè)計和發(fā)展;新催化劑的設(shè)計、合成及其在有機合成中的應(yīng)用;精細(xì)有機中間體的工藝開發(fā)。
2. 綠色氧化:催化有氧氧化方法學(xué)的研究。主要致力于發(fā)展氧分子的有效活化及控制的新方法,著重解決催化氧化反應(yīng)中催化劑的催化活性,反應(yīng)選擇性及催化劑的穩(wěn)定性等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題。
3. 環(huán)境污染物的氧化降解:基于氧氣活化的新方法及其他創(chuàng)新技術(shù),設(shè)計并發(fā)展高效、綠色、便宜的氧化降解方法消減環(huán)境難降解污染物。
