個人簡介
李忠:博士,教授,博士生導師,上海市優(yōu)秀學科帶頭人。1968年7月出生。1990年獲華東理工大學應用化學專業(yè)工學學士學位,1993年獲華東理工大學物理化學專業(yè)理學碩士學位,1996年獲華東理工大學精細化工專業(yè)工學博士學位。1995年在華東理工大學留校工作,1998年被聘為副教授,2003年被聘為教授,2004年被聘為博士生導師。期間于1999-2001年,獲得日本國立AIST和ITIT博士后基金資助,在日本工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院從事博士后研究。現(xiàn)任華東理工大學藥物化工研究所所長,國家“863”現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域重大項目總體專家,中國農(nóng)藥學會理事,上海市農(nóng)藥學會秘書長,寶鋼化工集團科技咨詢專家。2004年獲得教育部科技進步一等獎(第五完成人),2005年獲得上海市 “曙光學者人才”,2006年獲得上海市科教黨委青年科技創(chuàng)新人才獎,2007年獲得“教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才”,2009年獲上海市優(yōu)秀學科帶頭人。
在國際重要學術(shù)刊物(如J. Am. Chem. Soc.; J. Org. Chem.; Org. Lett.; J. Agri. Food Chem.; Tetrahedron Lett.; Bioorg. Med. Chem.; Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.; SYNLETT; J. Fluorine Chem.; New J. of Chem.等)發(fā)表學術(shù)論文三十余篇。作為課題負責人,先后主持國家“863”高科技攻關(guān)項目兩項,國家自然科學基金兩項;作為課題副組長承擔國家“973”計劃項目一項;此外,還主持了多個上海市科委重大攻關(guān)及重點攻關(guān)項目。
近年來,主要從事綠色化學農(nóng)藥分子設(shè)計及合成的研究,并在順式硝基烯類新煙堿殺蟲劑創(chuàng)制研究方面取得突破性進展,發(fā)現(xiàn)了三類具有全新結(jié)構(gòu)的超高活性化合物,活性顯著超越目前最著名的殺蟲劑品種吡蟲啉,并對抗性品系超高效。申請國際PCT發(fā)明專利3項,中國發(fā)明專利7項(2項已獲授權(quán)),相關(guān)專利化合物的國內(nèi)實施許可權(quán)已經(jīng)以2000萬人民幣的價格轉(zhuǎn)讓給江蘇克勝集團。
研究方向
1)昆蟲行為調(diào)控劑的分子設(shè)計、合成及作用機制研究
主要包含:昆蟲生長調(diào)節(jié)劑、昆蟲飛行調(diào)控劑、新煙堿殺蟲劑等綠色農(nóng)藥的創(chuàng)制研究;
2)含硒化合物的設(shè)計合成及生物性能研究
主要包含:含硒除草劑、含硒植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑的創(chuàng)制及生物性能研究
